Buyer Agreement

By registering as a Buyer on GodMode B2B, you agree to use the platform for legitimate procurement purposes and to respect the commercial confidentiality of suppliers.

1. Legitimate Use

Buyers must raise RFQs and enquiries only for genuine business requirements. Scraping, competitor intelligence gathering, or spam will result in immediate termination.

2. Confidentiality

Quotations and pricing received from suppliers are confidential. Buyers may not share supplier pricing with third parties without explicit consent.

3. Payment Terms

All commercial transactions (purchase orders, advances, final payments) occur directly between Buyer and Supplier. GodMode is not a party to the underlying sales contract unless explicitly stated.
